"I didn’t really feel prepared for job hunting"
I finished the program feeling like I still wasn’t ready to talk to actual employers. A couple of the teachers were genuinely trying and I appreciated that, but the career support felt surface-level, like something squeezed in at the end of a long day. I remember sitting there with my coffee going cold, thinking we’d get more real practice with interviews, resumes, and what companies are actually looking for, but it never really got that deep. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it didn’t feel worth the money.

"The tuition just felt really high for..."
The tuition just felt really high for what you get. Like, really high. I was expecting a bit more for the price

"Financial Aid Help Was Frustrating and Confusing"
I had a really frustrating experience trying to get straight answers about financial aid. At first I thought it was just a simple misunderstanding, but every time I asked a question, I either got a different answer or was told to just wait and see. After going back and forth more than once, it felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously at all. I ended up having to push harder just to get basic information about costs and aid options, which made the whole process way more stressful than it needed to be. I really wish they were clearer upfront before encouraging people to move forward...

"Not what I expected from admissions"
I expected the admissions process to be a lot more helpful and organized, but that wasn’t my experience. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and whenever I asked basic questions, the answers felt rushed or unclear. I went in thinking I’d leave with a better understanding of things, but I actually felt more confused. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the time.

"Class times were a bit tough to manage"
The classes themselves were fine, but the schedule wasn’t always the easiest for me to work around. A few times changed or felt really packed together, and I’m the kind of person who likes to plan ahead so I don’t get stuck scrambling last minute. It mostly worked out, but I would’ve felt a lot better with more notice and a few more schedule options.

"Pretty convenient campus location"
The campus location was easy to get to — it was convenient and not hard to find at all

"Admin responses were a bit inconsistent"
The classes themselves were alright, I think. But dealing with the admin office was kind of hit or miss. Sometimes I’d get helped by someone really nice, but other times I had to call again because no one followed up. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just wish the communication had been a little more consistent.

"The review quizzes helped a lot..."
The review quizzes helped a lot. I went through them for maybe a week or so, and they made the exam feel way less stressful than I expected

"The overall vibe at school just feels off"
The morale at the school feels low. A lot of students seem stressed, tired, and kind of checked out, and it doesn’t really feel like there’s enough being done to improve that. For what students are putting in, I think the support and atmosphere should be a lot better. It hasn’t been a very positive experience for me.

"I wish there had been more hands-on practice"
I don’t know if anyone else felt this way, but after finishing my classes, I still didn’t feel fully ready for real work. The lessons were helpful, but I really wish there had been more hands-on practice so I could feel more confident actually applying everything...

"Helpful course, but it moved quickly"
I liked the curriculum overall, the topics were practical and there were enough hands-on parts to make it feel useful. Some chapters did feel a little rushed, though. I’m guessing they might have been trying to squeeze a lot into the course schedule, but that’s just my impression. Even with that, I still came away learning quite a bit

"I’d probably give it 4 stars..."
I’d probably give it 4 stars. The attendance rules at Milan Institute are straightforward, like you know what’s expected and it helps keep you from falling behind. Yeah, it can feel kinda strict when regular life gets in the way, but I get why they do it. For the program, it makes sense overall.

"Decent job help, but not quite worth it"
The job help was okay overall. They were helpful at times, but I felt like there should’ve been more follow-up and clearer guidance. For the value, I expected a bit more support, so I’d say it was decent but not something I’d be super excited to recommend.

"Whenever I got stuck, the student support team..."
Whenever I got stuck, the student support team was quick to help me out. It made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful, if that makes sense

"Needed More Hands-On Time to Really Connect the Dots"
I felt like the training had some useful information, but there just wasn’t enough hands-on practice for me. I tend to learn best when I can spot patterns by actually doing the work a few times, and I didn’t really get enough of that here. More practical exercises would’ve helped everything click a lot better...

"Helpful team, just a little slow!!"
The staff were really helpful and friendly!! The only downside was that a few replies took longer than I expected, but overall I still had a good experience.

"The school was okay overall, but the learning..."
The school was okay overall, but the learning setup didn’t really work for me. Some days felt scattered, and when the rooms got busy it was hard to stay focused or get into a good groove. There were instructors who were helpful when I could actually catch them, but getting one-on-one time wasn’t always easy. For what it costs, I expected things to feel more organized and personal. At times I felt more like a ticket number than a student. Not a terrible experience, just not really what I was hoping for.

"Some instructors were great, others made it harder than it needed to be"
I had a mixed experience with the instructors. A couple of them were really helpful and actually took the time to explain things clearly, but others felt rushed and were kind of hard to keep up with. It really depended on who you ended up with. I also felt like I had to do extra work on my own just to fill in the gaps, which was frustrating considering the price. Not awful, but definitely more uneven than I expected.

"Online classes ended up being way more stressful than I expected"
I really thought online classes would be easier to manage, but they stressed me out more than I expected. Some of the lessons were confusing, and whenever I needed help, it felt like I had to wait forever to get an answer. Maybe this setup works well for other people, but I spent most of the time feeling lost and frustrated.

"Graduated, but did anyone else still feel stuck?"
I finished the program and was really hoping the job support would help me get moving, but it didn’t do much for me personally. Maybe others had a better experience, but I’m curious if anyone else graduated and still felt kind of stuck afterward
